If you have signed up to volunteer, you should have received information detailing when and where you are needed. If you have NOT received this information, please reach out to us and we send you your assignment for the day.
T-shirts are being distributed Friday, August 28, from 8:00am until 5:00pm at the Water Works building on the corner of Park Avenue and Bouthillier Street. Please use the "Check-In" button to let us know what time you can pick up your shirt, or if you can't make it on Friday. You can also let us know your parking needs.

Reimbursement / Disbursement
Our events will generate a lot of expenses for the organizers. Use the link below to transfer to our online request form. In order to be reimbursed for an expense, it must be a pre-approved budget item and you must be an authorized member of Galena 2026.
